Your Student Loan Application has been successfully submitted!
Once your application is received by StudentAidNL, you will get an email with the subject line, Student Financial Assistance Application. Please review this email for important information regarding your application including the date your application is scheduled to be reviewed.
If you are required to submit forms/documentation, they can be submitted via:
- Email to studentaidmailbox@gov.nl.ca;
- Fax to (709) 729-2298;
- Mail to Student Financial Services Division, P.O. Box 8700, St. John’s, NL A1B 4J6; or
- Delivered to Coughlan College, Memorial University of Newfoundland, St. John’s Campus.
Please be sure to include the following identifiers in any email correspondence:
- Your full name;
- The last three digits of your SIN; and
- Your date of birth.
Once your application is processed you will receive an email advising you that the results of your assessment are available by logging into your online account at www.gov.nl.ca/studentaid. If additional documentation is required to process your application, you will receive an email advising you of the documentation outstanding.
Important Reminders:
- Submit all required forms/documentation. Your application CANNOT be processed if required forms/documentation are not received. Visit our website for a complete listing of required forms/documentation that may apply to you.
- Monitor the progress of your application by accessing your online account and review all emails you receive from our office.
- Review the deadline dates that apply to you outlined on our website. StudentAidNL strictly enforces these dates.
